This notice covers the index website. The index app has its own settings: by default it runs on your computer and sends nothing out unless you choose a cloud model.
analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and records nothing that identifies you: which pages are opened, how fast they load, and the country and browser.
If you accept the cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics to see how the site and the trial are used: the pages and sections you open, how far you scroll, the links and buttons you use, and what you do in the trial (starting it, the tabs you open, asking a question, adding a document, how long it took). These events carry names and sizes only, never what you typed, asked or uploaded. A random code kept in your browser lets us see whether you come back. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load and no code is made. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
the trial
The trial runs the index web app on our trial server. Your questions, and the passages of your documents that answer them, are sent to a cloud language model through OpenRouter to be answered. Everything you type and add is deleted a few minutes after your session ends. We keep an anonymous record of each session: when it started, how long it was active, how many questions and documents, their file types, what failed and which site you came from, and the random code above if you accepted analytics. If the trial server cannot be reached, a demo runs in your browser instead and nothing leaves it.
the chatbot
The index guide answers from a guide built into the page, in your browser. If an AI service is connected to it, your questions go to that service to be answered and are not stored by this website.
the contact form
What you send through the form (your name, email, organisation, topic and message) is emailed to us through Resend so we can reply, and kept only as long as needed for that.
